Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Float Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing daily lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Provide support in the classroom by helping to manage student behavior and facilitate learning activities.
- Engage toddlers in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, and overall development.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective curriculum strategies that enhance student learning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in childcare, daycare settings, or working with toddlers is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
