Your role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of Engineering and Plant Operations, guiding facilities management, construction projects, equipment maintenance, and system upgrades. You''''''''''''''''ll ensure our utility systems - both on-site and off-site - operate reliably, and that all work meets hospital standards and local, state, federal, and regulatory requirements. This role blends hands-on oversight with strategic leadership, ensuring our physical environment consistently supports high-quality, community-focused care.
To qualify, you must have:
- Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 7-10 years of professional experience, including 5-7 years in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Solid understanding of TJC Physical Environment standards
- Working knowledge of engineering principles to guide staff and vendor work
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to supervise staff, contractors, and construction vendors

Salary : $157,000 - $170,000
