Job Description
We are a locally owned and operated restaurant group and have been around for almost 30 years! We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager!
Responsibilities :
As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the management and the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. Other duties include, but not limited to;
- Store Sales and Customer Satisfaction
- Administrative Duties (ordering, inventory, scheduling)
- Interviewing and Hiring
- Training and Team Building
- Embracing an entrepreneur spirit. Build your business through community involvement and business relationships.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Must be able to work various shifts per week including weekends and week nights.
- High school diploma or degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and/or a minimum of 2 years management experience
- Knowledge of the restaurant business
- Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Guest Service.
- Knowledge and ability to follow recipes along with using your creativity to create your own specials as well!
- An upbeat and optimistic attitude!
