Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to Intake team members, promoting service excellence and clinical accuracy.
- Oversee departmental budget, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and analyze data related to admissions trends, access metrics, and patient experience.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, or active RN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required. Prior experience in psychiatric patient care and understanding of mental illness is preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN, LCSW, or LMFT license required (in the appropriate state of practice).
- Additional Requirements: Must obtain CPI and CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Hours: Primarily day shift, with occasional evening and weekend coverage as directed by the CEO.
