Job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Basic knowledge of technology products and ability to sell wireless devices is a plus
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
