What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm DoubleTree cookie and genuine smile.
- Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, phone & online reservations, and payment processing.
- Serve as the go‑to expert on rooms, rates, packages, and local hotspots.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are impeccable and ready on time.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally so every stay becomes a five‑star review.
- Upsell upgrades or amenities when they add real value for the guest.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and special requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or customer‑service experience (hotel front‑desk experience is a plus).
- A calm problem‑solver who can juggle phones, guests, and tech with a smile.
- Strong communication, basic computer skills, and a knack for details.
- Ability to stand for your shift and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays (hotel never sleeps!)
