What you will be doing: Work very closely with the Tournament/Events Manager in the planning and coordinating of golf groups Input names and pairings of group events and print out cart signs, score cards Prepare and expedite contracts to group clients for all golf groups Ensure that the golf courses are being booked to capacity producing maximum profitability Work with groups to ensure accuracy of scoring and their intended style of play Work with fellow staff to ensure a consistent level of preparedness and presentation that are up to BROADMOOR standards Work with group contacts to ensure accuracy and follow-though on amenity requests Prepare tournament scoring and results and work with the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and non-potable water Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Offer 5 star and 5 diamond standards while offering above and beyond services to all new and existing employees. What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, or one to two years related experience in the Golf business.
