Job Title: Broadmoor Cafe Ambassador

Pay Rate: $15.00 /hr.

Job Summary

This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our Internal Guests, who serve our External Guests with the same care and devotion.

As a member of The Broadmoor Cafe Team, you will be working in one of our most diverse and busiest Dining Rooms. This Heart of the House Café is the backbone of our Broadmoor Family who provides World-Class Hospitality to our guests.

The purpose of this position is to support our Broadmoor Family while providing a warm welcome and well wishes for the day. In the process, providing impeccable cleanliness and a place of community during our Team Meal Periods.

What You Will Be Doing

• Welcome our Broadmoor Family Members for Lunch and Dinner Dining
• Keep the Broadmoor Café supplies clean, organized and well stocked for all meal periods
• Keep the tables clean between diners, to include removing dirty dishes and taking them to the stewarding line, as needed
• Clean and sanitize tables / seating areas between diners
• Assist with sweeping and mopping Café floor for opening, closing and in-between service, as needed
• Assist Chefs and Stewards with set-up/tear-down, as required
• Keep Beverage Stations well stocked and cleaned
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
