Job Title: Amenities Agent

Job Pay Rate:$16.00-$18.00 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate service charge*

• $17.00-$21.00 per hour based on: $14.00 per hour base wage service charge commission paid per shift; historically, this position averages service charge commission earnings of $3.00-$7.00 per hour. Service charges are commissions and will fluctuate based on events and time of year.

As a member of the Amenities team, you will be responsible for the set-up and delivery of all guest amenities. This team member is responsible for inventory, restocking, and maintaining of the Amenities work area.

What You Will Be Doing

• Inventory, restock and maintain Amenities work area.
• Set up and deliver guest amenities to guest rooms
• Perform clean-up of assigned area and equipment, including side work
• Perform dish pick-ups of all types from guest halls and service areas
• Maintain Amenity storeroom including: layout, security, equipment, and contents
• Maintain complete knowledge of all amenities including the proper set-up and presentation in guest rooms
• Maintain knowledge of room, equipment, supplies and amenities locations
• Use company vehicle to transport products/supplies between buildings

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
