Job Title: Laundry Attendant
Job Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.

What you will be doing:

• Sort dirty linen, weigh and bag before the washing process
• Operates flat iron and feeder in a safe manner at all times
• Inspect clean linen for tears, stains and ensure they are wrinkle free before distribution
• Quality control
• Separate and record all damaged linen on daily basis
• Count , stack and pack the linen according to orders
• Conduct linen inventory in laundry or designated linen storage areas
• Sort clean towels and fold them either by machine or by hand in safe manner
• Clean your work station and equipment before you leave the shift
• Follows all safety for State & Federal & Company guidelines
• Weighs linen
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we are looking for:

• Experience or training working in a laundry facility, or equivalent combination is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
