Job Pay Range: $19.00-$24.00 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate gratuity*
- $19.00-$24.00 per hour based on $14.50 per hour base wage gratuity paid per shift; historically, this position averages gratuity earnings of $4.00-$10.00 per hour. Total gratuity will fluctuate per shift.

What you will be doing:
- Escort incoming Hotel guests to rooms, assists with luggage, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of Hotel, points of interest and other attractions.
- Inspect guest’s room to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate.
- Deliveries including faxes, boxes, letters, gifts and flowers to and from meeting and guest rooms.
- Stand post when not engaged with guest needs.
- Keep lobby and entrances free of trash, cigarette butts, etc.
- Meet and greet all forms of transportation.
- Greet guests by swinging doors.
- Transport guests about premises when regular shuttle service is not operating.
- Available for Valet Parking overnight.
- Keep consistent records of the activities taking place on the Bell Stand.
- Answer phones using proper phone etiquette and promptly.
- Deliver newspapers to guest rooms nightly.
- Transfer recycling to the appropriate bins.
- Ensure Bell closets and Bell stands are ready for the morning crew.
- Inspect Bell carts for dysfunctions and adequate presentation (including Cottages carts).
- Ensure Lobby presence when other staff is on break.
- Assisting on the closure of the Garage when low occupancy is expected.
- Off property transportation of guests when needed and authorized by an Assistant Manager.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or related experience and/or training.
- Ideal candidate will have previous experience with providing exceptional customer service
- Valid Drivers License
- Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
- The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
