Job Pay Rate: $16.50/Hr.

As a member of the laundry team, you will Loading and unloading of washers and dryers. Responsible for the proper washing and handling of clean and dirty product (linens and terry), in a safe and efficient manner

What you will be doing:
- Operate machinery such as washers, dryers, chain hoists, loading/unloading conveyors, and product transportation equipment.
- Select proper wash and drying formulas.
- Loading and Unloading product from washers and dryers following the equipment’s load capacity
- Deliver the product to the different working stations for finishing.
- Schedule loads into washing machines to ensure desired production goals, efficiency and smooth flow through finishing areas.
- Prioritize wash and dry as directed by the supervisors to accomplish the desired production goal.
- Work in a safe manner at all times
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition at all times.
- Keep machine integrity by locating and recognizing possible or present malfunctions on the equipment and rapidly report to supervisors and/or maintenance crew
- Make sure product is free of trash and other foreign objects before loading the machines.
- Ensures follows all safety for State & Federal & Company guidelines.
- Quality control
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times and employee may be exposed to fumes, toxic, or caustic chemicals.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
