What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow CSM Tech Lead position at The Brixton Group?

Location: US Santa Clara or US Remote
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Must have experience in customizing and extending CSM/SOM
- The primary job is working as a full stack ServiceNow developer in a Scrum workflow, and you must be solid in building custom solutions using UI Builder, playbooks, and integrations. ServiceNow AI features and CSM/SOM are nice to have.
- We are looking for someone able to not just work on stories but also mentor the team, help them out with best practices, review code, groom stories, and contribute to solutioning discussions.
