Location: Florham Park, NJ
Seeking a polished, client-facing Senior Consultant to lead user onboarding, UAT, and training initiatives for a commercial pharma engagement. This role requires strong consulting presence and the ability to drive adoption across business stakeholders.
Requirements:- 7 years of experience in pharma consulting (commercial pharma preferred)
- 5 years of experience in UAT (planning, execution, coordination)
- 5 years of Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering, documentation)
- 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, or enablement
- 3 years in a client-facing consulting role (Accenture/Deloitte/ZS/IQVIA-type environment)
- Serve as a client-facing consultant, providing clear communication, executive-ready updates, and recommendations
- Lead user & system onboarding for new tools/processes
- Own UAT lifecycle (planning, test scripts, execution, defect tracking)
- Deliver end-user training and onboarding sessions
- Act as a go-to resource for onboarding new consultants or team members on the engagement
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and documentation
Salary : $90 - $110
