Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, outcome-oriented Insurance Project/Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-party initiative involving internal teams, a product partner company, and external insurance Carriers. This is a high-visibility, hands-on consulting role requiring strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and multiple insurance Carriers.
- Hold cross-functional and vendor teams accountable to project timelines and deliverables.
- Drive results proactively rather than waiting for updates — a “driver” personality is essential.
- Provide clear project status reporting to business and product leadership.
- Oversee all phases of the program, beginning with Phase 1.
- Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders, including external Project Managers from vendor and Carrier teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager leading large, multi-stakeholder initiatives within the Insurance industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure, urgency, and focus to complex environments.
- Demonstrated success driving outcomes and accountability across internal and external teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and business audiences.
- Insurance industry experience required; familiarity with Zinnia or integration with similar platforms strongly preferred.
