Seeking a Program Manager to lead a contract management system (CLM) implementation and data migration initiative for a global enterprise environment.


Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of Program / Project Management experience
  • 3–5 years supporting contract management / CLM systems (Apttus/Conga, Icertis, Agiloft, etc.)
  • 5 years leading system implementations and/or data migration efforts
  • Experience working with IT and Legal stakeholders in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end CLM system implementation and/or data migration programs
  • Drive alignment across IT, Legal, Sales, BA, Dev, and QA teams
  • Manage UAT planning, coordination, and execution
  • Facilitate stakeholder decision-making across global teams (U.S. Europe)
  • Identify, track, and communicate program risks to leadership
