Compensation: $70-77/hr W2
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid - onsite 3x/week)
Seeking a Change Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement, user adoption, communication planning, and organizational change activities across multiple projects.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives within enterprise environments
- 6 years of experience supporting cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholder groups
- 4 years of experience developing and executing end-to-end change management plans
- Active Change Management certification required (Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, or similar)
- Partner with program and project leaders to define success metrics, adoption goals, and business outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify organizational change risks
- Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for enterprise initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption activities
