Candidate Evaluation Criteria
Experience leading client-facing initiatives at enterprise scale
Ability to operate independently with executive stakeholders
Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Ability to start and contribute immediately within an Agile delivery model
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional experience
Minimum 3 years serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Lead, or Agile Business Lead
Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing epics, features, user stories, and product backlogs
Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning
