Compensation: $60-75hr
Location: 100% REMOTE

Requirements:
  • 10 years of BMC Remedy/Helix development experience
  • Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Innovation Studio/Innovation Suite, and Remedy AR System
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Helix application migrations, ideally migrating legacy applications to Innovation Studio
  • Experience developing workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and business rules
  • Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
  • Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, and ITIL processes
  • Previous Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications within the BMC Helix platform
  • Build and customize ITSM workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, notifications, and automation
  • Migrate existing applications to BMC Innovation Studio while maintaining current functionality
  • Develop integrations between Helix and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services
  • Configure and support CMDB, asset management, reconciliation, and data integrity processes
