- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages with professionalism
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
- Assist with personal errands, administrative tasks, and special projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or expense tracking
- Experience coordinating international travel or managing complex schedules
