We are seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator/Integrator with proven experience delivering mission-critical integration for complex, multi-domain DoD environments. About the Role: As a Mid-Level System Administrator/Integrator, you will be part of a team responsible for administration and integration of advanced geospatial and intelligence platforms. Your work will translate operational and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and forward-looking architectures that align with Army modernization and convergence efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with integration strategies across multi-vendor software stacks and hardware baselines.
- Engage directly with Army stakeholders to refine system requirements, track dependencies, and drive alignment across multiple Army government organizations.
- Provide technical guidance across full system lifecycles — from concept to operational deployment — ensuring rigorous engineering discipline and mission continuity.
- Participate in the development and integration test strategies, manage system validation efforts, and oversee performance tuning and issue resolution for both imagery and geospatial software baselines.
- Support integration efforts and manage complex issues in real-time and driving improvements for interoperability and readiness.
Qualifications:
- DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) 8140
- IAT Level II: CompTIA Security , CySA , or GSEC
- Hands-on expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, and supporting geospatial toolkits.
- Experience integrating with Army tactical systems and understanding of Geospatial Engineer (12Y) workflows across Army echelons.
- Familiarity with Army organizational constructs, GPC operations, and MIB-T system support environments.
- Knowledge of secure DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines supporting rapid capability deployment.
