What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner/Expo position at The Bristol Hotel?
The Bristol Hotel is seeking an Expo/Food Runner to join our team in Bristol, VA. This role requires both afternoon and evening availability. The Expo/Food Runner will support operations within Vivian’s Table and/or LUMAC Rooftop Bar.
Responsibilities:
Deliver food to assigned customers in a timely manner.
- Follow route and time schedule.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Load and unload deliveries from the delivery truck.
- Check in and deliver food to customers, following route and time schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including all stations.
- Complete daily cleanliness checklists.
- Complete other tasks and projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
