Job Description
Rapidly growing e-Commerce team is looking to hire a resourceful, well-organized, dependable, highly motivated individual for an e-Commerce Merchandising and Account position that will cover a broad range of e-Commerce related skills. The position will be responsible for uploading of product on designated e-Commerce sites, basic customer service needs, help manage existing accounts and be involved with further developing our business.
Key responsibilities:
· Uploading of all products to determined accounts
-Create e-commerce listings that meets licensed and non-licensed brand standard
· General account maintenance, including merchandising updates and confirmation product, is live and merchandised per management standards, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
· Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch point for determined accounts
· Communication with relevant buyers with guidance from management
· Partner on product launches and new development, adhering to launch schedules and brand expectations
· Work with customer service and customers to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
· Perform ongoing maintenance for specific retailers to correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc.
Skills:
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
· Familiar with filling out Excel documents
· Highly organized
· Ability to prioritize and multi task
· Must be able to meet deadlines
· Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
· Fast learner
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing
· e-Commerce experience
Copy writing experience preferred

Compensation based on experience.
