Ardelle Gardens Care Center is seeking a friendly, welcoming, and organized Concierge to support our Admissions Department and help ensure a smooth, comfortable transition for new residents and their families. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping prepare rooms and coordinate the details that make residents feel at home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome New Residents: Greet residents and families upon arrival, provide a warm welcome, and help make their transition into the facility as comfortable as possible.
Prepare Resident Rooms: Ensure beds are made, rooms are neat, and necessary items are ready before new admissions arrive.
Complete New Resident Inventories: Assist with documenting residents’ personal belongings upon admission, ensuring inventory sheets are completed accurately.
Support the Admissions Department: Work closely with Admissions staff to coordinate arrival times, prepare for incoming residents, and assist with admission-related tasks.
Provide Resident and Family Assistance: Direct residents and visitors to appropriate departments and help answer general questions in a courteous, professional manner.
Coordinate Room Readiness: Communicate with housekeeping, nursing, and other departments to help ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and ready for new arrivals.
Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Help create a positive first impression by keeping designated areas organized and ensuring residents and visitors feel welcomed.
Protect Resident Belongings and Privacy: Handle personal belongings respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and follow facility policies and procedures.
Assist with Administrative Tasks: Help maintain admission paperwork, checklists, and other records as assigned.
Perform other duties as needed to support resident satisfaction and the smooth operation of the facility.

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with Admissions, Nursing, Housekeeping, and other departments.
Attention to detail when preparing rooms and documenting personal belongings.
Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
Ability to treat residents and families with dignity, respect, and confidentiality.
