The Bright Star Grill in Mount Holly, NC is looking for one Part-Time food prep to join our 16-person strong team. We are located at 205 Madora St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
Qualifications
- Experience working in BOH position
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
