We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to drive our firm’s digital presence, enhance client acquisition, and elevate our brand message. This is a critical role for an exceptional writer and digital strategist who can manage the technical aspects of SEO/PPC while launching and managing new content platforms like a podcast and YouTube channel.
The specialist will manage and execute the firm’s complete digital marketing strategy, including:
1. Content Strategy & Creation● Serve as the primary content writer, producing high-quality, legally relevant, and engaging blog posts and website copy that reflect the firm’s professional tone and expertise.
● Launch and manage a firm’s podcast, including content planning, recording logistics, editing coordination, and distribution across all major platforms.
● Develop and manage the firm’s YouTube channel and video content, ensuring consistent delivery of educational and branded material.
● Ensure all content aligns with the firm’s brand messaging and legal and ethical standards.
● Execute and optimize organic search strategies (SEO) to improve search engine rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase leads from core service areas (Divorce, Child Custody, etc.).
● Manage, monitor, and report on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to ensure cost-effective client acquisition and maximize ROI.
● Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and utilize analytics tools to track performance and inform future strategies.
● Manage the firm’s professional social media accounts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to build professional relationships and reinforce our legal expertise.
● Create compelling, platform-specific content for all social channels.
● Recommend future strategic initiatives for brand messaging that aligns with the firm’s growth goals.
● Identify and propose strategic events, conferences, and community engagement opportunities to position the firm as a thought leader and generate new client leads.
● Proven track record (3 years) in a digital marketing role, preferably within the legal, financial, or professional services industries.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be a stellar writer capable of producing polished, professional, and SEO-optimized content.
● Deep expertise in SEO best practices and managing effective PPC campaigns.
● Experience with launching and managing a podcast (or similar long-form media).
● Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
● A strategic mindset with the ability to identify new client channels and translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
