Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Follow banquet event orders for each event that lays out the duties to be upheld
- Serves clients in a professional manner as per training guidelines.
- Cross-serves and/or assists team members on an as-needed basis.
- Following the steps of service in food and beverage serving.
- Willingness to cross train to be able to step in to provide support as needed to execute events
- Uses communications skills to stay coordinated with manager and co-workers
- Practices "teamwork" and "clean as you go" policies
- Responsible for sanitation in and around spaces
- Set up and tear down events in a timely and effective manner
- Executes events while following food safety rules and client expectations
- Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
- Re-stocks items in banquet hallway in timely matter to ensure smooth service.
- Ensures all safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
