What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Substitute Teacher position at The Bridges Academy?
The Bridges Academy in West Islip, New York seeks a full time Permanent Substitute teacher/Aide to work with children in Early Childhood-8th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. A successful candidate should enjoy working in a collaborative, growth minded, family oriented community and be comfortable working with technology. Undergraduate degree in Education or related field with 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in a classroom setting are preferred.
Ability to coach athletics and/or participate in school auxiliary programs as needed is a plus.
