We have been retained by one of the largest and fastest-growing privately held custom mirror manufacturers in the US! They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with strong residential builder contacts and architectural experience in the Florida and Southeastern markets. This Regional Sales Manager would also oversee five independent rep groups totaling over 15 reps.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow sales in multi-family and single-family new construction and remodeling channels
- Establish and maintain relationships with the major installation companies
- Conduct product knowledge and installation training as needed
- Manage and develop independent rep groups
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of building material sales experience
- Experience calling on installation companies
- Successful track record of working out of a home office
