What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at The Bridger Group?
Our client is a 100 year old wholesale distributor of premium lumber and building materials, with a great reputation for service and quality. They are looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their growing team to cover Northern New Jersey, New York City, Long Island, and lower Hudson Valley. In this role you will focus on the development of 3 critical product lines (exterior and outdoor living) by managing relationships at current dealer partners, providing training, product support, and outstanding service. Additionally, you will build brand and product awareness by developing pull-through business at the builder/contractor level.
The selected candidate for this position will be a true hunter with the ability to deliver substantial year-over-year growth for these products while maintaining superior service levels. Experience experience in wholesale building products required.
Strong base salary, uncapped commission/bonus and good benefits.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
