Responsibilities:
- Lead plant operations, drive safety awareness, OpEx, production, and efficiency.
- Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while ensuring product standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Oversee 5-8 direct reports and over 100 personnel.
Requirements:
- Production management experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally managing managers)
- Experience in/around ERP
- Smart/KPI conversational
- Live within a commutable distance to Indianapolis
- Be familiar with budget and cost management
