Our client is a 40-year-old, $16M manufacturer of lighting, power, and accessories local to West Michigan. We’ve been retained to help them find a Director of Sales to oversee a team of 4 and help build, launch, and manage a new sales strategy for their Dealership and OEM sales channels. Compensation will land in the mid $100K range on a base with a quarterly bonus opportunity!
