What You’ll Do
As a Residential Counselor, you’ll support clients throughout their recovery journey while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.
Your work will include services across the 12 Core Functions, including:
- Conducting screenings, intake, assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans that support client goals and recovery
- Utilizing assessments and clinical information to monitor progress and guide treatment recommendations
- Leading psychoeducational groups and providing individual, group, and family counseling services
- Providing crisis intervention and supporting client well-being
- Supporting case management and coordinating client care
- Facilitating communication with probation officers, caseworkers, family members, and other support systems
- Providing client education and consultation with other professionals
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records within our Electronic Health Record system

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience
- Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Required licensure: LADC and/or LMHP (provisional licensure considered)
- Passion for behavioral health, recovery, and trauma-informed care
