Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Quality Control
- Meticulous Intake: Unbox, inspect, and tag incoming designer gowns and accessories, ensuring every item meets our high-quality-control standards.
- Detail-Oriented Auditing: Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory counts and status updates within our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management software.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies between shipping manifests and received goods immediately.
Technical Support & Logistics
- System Mastery: Serve as the go-to person for store technology, including POS troubleshooting, digital document management, and communication tools.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement digital workflows to reduce manual errors and improve store-wide communication.
- Digital Record Keeping: Ensure all client contracts and vendor invoices are entered, scanned, filed, and attributed correctly in the database.
Physical Operations
- Heavy Lifting: Manually transport large shipments, move heavy bridal gown racks, and organize storage areas (must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Facility Readiness: Assist in the physical setup of the showroom for special events, trunk shows, and seasonal floor changes.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and restock essential store supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to provide a 5-star experience.
