Position Overview:
We are seeking a fun, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-moving setting and loves connecting with people. The Guest Experience Coordinator will play a key role in welcoming brides, managing scheduling, ensuring smooth appointment flow, and building meaningful relationships with our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome brides, families, and guests as their first point of contact
- Build rapport with brides to create a genuine, joyful experience from the moment they inquire through their appointment day
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism
- Support stylists by ensuring smooth transitions between appointments and maintaining an organized workspace
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a positive, helpful attitude
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and guest-ready front-of-house environment
- Assist with administrative tasks, guest check-ins, and boutique operations as needed
- Uphold The Bridal Collection’s service standards and represent our values with warmth and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a natural love for people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability on weekends, as most bridal appointments occur Friday–Sunday
