Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Houzz, and Heartland
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and governmental accounting requirements
- Support budgeting processes by analyzing financial data and preparing detailed reports for management
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Organized
- Good Computer Skills
- Understand Quickbooks. Is Quickbooks certified or equivalent.
- In office (Part time)
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
