What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paver Installer/Laborer position at The Brick Doctor?
This can be an experienced position or an entry level position in the masonry and hard-scape field. You will learn basic construction skills, with the potential to grow and expand your knowledge and marketability by learning the skilled tasks involved in the Masonry and Hard-scape field. Job Requirements
This is a very labor intensive position. Employees are required to be able to do heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and cope with the environment on a constant basis throughout the year. Our Crew Leaders will direct our laborers on each project but we need fast learners and employees who can think and proceed without constant supervision.
Necessary Skills
A positive outlook and the ability to learn a variety of tasks is essential. Dependability is a key trait that our employees must have. All employees are required to obtain their CDL Class A drivers license within 30 days of employment.
