What You'll Earn
$18–$20/hr base salary commission bonuses
Realistic first-year total: $55,000–$70,000
(Top performers who consistently hit 20 contracts per month Earn $80,000 - $100,000)

What You'll Do
This is an aggressive sales role. You are the quarterback of our team.
Every Day, You Will
- Make high-volume outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
- Immediately respond to inbound inquires
- Manage the database by nurturing leads using our follow-up system (already built for you)
- Build trust by uncovering client motivation and objections.
- Collaborate with your top agents, tag teaming to convert the leads
- Track your numbers, own your metrics, and compete to be at the top of the board

- Able to work independently and in a team
- Detail-focused with problem-solving skills
