What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operations Manager - Cleaning Company position at The Breezy Fresh Cleaning CO.?
As our Field Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of our cleaning teams across Weber, Cache, and Box Elder counties. You'll be responsible for scheduling, recruiting, training, quality assurance, customer communication, and helping our team perform at a high level.
This is a hands-on position. While your primary responsibility is leading the operation, you'll occasionally step into the field to support the team when needed.
Requirements
- Management experience in a cleaning company or 3–5 years managing teams in a service-based business
- Experience with scheduling, recruiting, training, and employee performance management
- Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable holding people accountable while building a positive team culture
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between all 3 service areas Weber, Cache, & Box Elder Counties (company vehicle available)
- Physically able to perform cleaning work when necessary
