Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including team management, customer service, scheduling, and inventory control. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, managing budgets, and meeting financial performance goals. This individual will act as the point person for staff development, training, and fostering a collaborative and positive work culture. Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training restaurant teams.
