What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at The Breakfast Club?
We are looking for a well seasoned manager with experience and dedication to join our team! As a General Manager you play a big role in maintaining TBC daily operations. Your leadership and problem solving skills will contribute to our success as a fast paced brunch spot!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with the other managers while overseeing the restaurant and meeting goals
- Help with new hires and assist where training is needed in all areas of The Breakfast Club
- Maintain The Breakfast Club standards.
- Being able to handle financial tasks
- Adapting to new changes within growing The Breakfast Club
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant
- Skills in organization, attention to detail, making sure The Breakfast Club is running smooth, properly, and efficient
- Ability to handle operations and multi task while under pressure
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Knowledge in food safety and best practices
