- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, following company procedures and policies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Cooperate with the cleaning team to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Handle project based work and on-demand requests from management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of standard sanitation practices and company cleaning standards.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning kitchens and equipment including ovens, grills, flat tops, basement and kitchen floors, drains, floor mats, and walls.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle project based work and on-demand requests from management.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
