Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Conduct daily interviews and review applicant submissions.
- Creatively source and place top talent for all areas of the organization.
- Travel within the United States (approximately 20%).
- Utilize recruitment best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring a talent pipeline to meet hiring needs.
- Proactively establish relationships with talent pools, including colleges and universities, professional associations, and industry organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience managing recruitment efforts for a large and diverse organization is preferred but not required
