## Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders accurately
- Utilize the Aloha POS system to process orders and handle cash transactions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide recommendations on drink selections and upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong math skills for accurate billing and handling transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system or similar software
- Experience in food preparation or beverage mixing
- Understanding of restaurant operations and procedures
