Responsibilities
- Review and analyze third-party liability claims to determine coverage eligibility and ensure accurate processing in accordance with HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all claim activities using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other data management tools.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement within third-party liability operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws such as HIPAA, FDA regulations, JCAHO standards, and Medicare policies through regular audits and reviews.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) management systems.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and external partners while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
