Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Must have weekened ability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all guest requests are noted.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Experience with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Fine dining experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is essential.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and food safety regulations is required.
