What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at The Brass Rail?
We are a fast-growing, successful neighborhood steakhouse located just off of HWY K/I-40 in O'Fallon, MO, looking to hire a Front of House Manager. We offer a fun, fast-paced environment with a team who works hard and cohesively to make our business successful. This role would entail managing on-site staff, guest needs, etc. and would be working evenings 40-45 hours per week, including some weekend nights. Our leaders cultivate a team-based approach that puts our people first, which generates outstanding guest experiences. We are passionate about doing things the right way!
