This is a full-time, on-site role in San Antonio, TX, for a MEP Superintendent. In this role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards, and collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines. You will also play a vital role in coordinating with contractors and stakeholders while ensuring the successful completion of high-quality projects.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong knowledge and application of Construction Safety protocols
- Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Plumbing system processes and oversight
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
