We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Clinician to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support to children, families, and individuals. In this role, you’ll provide counseling, complete assessments, support treatment planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients thrive.

Schedule
- Part-time, in-person position
- Required to work at both our Bridgeport and Shelton locations
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needs
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients through crisis intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation (HIPAA compliant)
- Collaborate with families and care teams to support client progress
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LMSW, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience working with diverse populations; experience with children and families is a plus
Salary : $25 - $35
