Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Boulder, Colorado (In-Office – Minimum 4 Days/Week)

Position Overview
You would play a key role in managing the patient experience from initial phone or email contact through follow-up appointments. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and external partners like attorneys.
Coordinate scheduling for evaluations, consultations, and follow-ups
Manage patient intake, documentation, and record requests
Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers as needed
Maintain accurate and organized electronic records.
Assist with billing coordination and administrative workflows. Coordinate monthly reminder emails about online events going, such as brain health classes.
Ensure a smooth, professional experience for all patients, referral sources and students.
Qualifications
Experience in a medical office, legal setting, or working with attorneys preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required):
Experience in neuropsychology or specialty medical practice
Familiarity with medical terminology, records management, or legal documentation. We prefer that you know how to work with systems like Zoom, Canva, Klaviyo, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Asana as examples
Compensation & Benefits
Pay based on experience
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
